I was told by a sky engineer that I can't have sky installed due to health & safety reasons?
I was told I could not get Sky because I don't have an east facing wall?

Sky engineers (those who work directly for Sky), are bound by many rules and regulations that prevent them from fitting equipment in many situations for lots of reasons, including their health and safety at work.
The work they can carry out is also restricted by insurance underwriters and company specific regulations that prevent them from fitting equipment high on buildings or where other equipment may be already in place. Give me a call, because as being an independent I'm not governed by the same health & safety restrictions as a sky engineer.
This is usually a line of sight issue, I have a few methods to get your line of sight problem sorted! I am very resourceful and can usually derive a simple answer for you. This may mean an extra long bracket or special mounting.
The only way you will know for sure, is if you get me to come and have a look. One thing's for sure, If I can't fit it, no-one can! I like a challenge and love to do bespoke installations. Discreet cable and dish / aerial installations. This is dependent on your property of course.
